Former Texas Rangers second baseman and current Detroit Tiger Ian Kinsler believes bridges should not be burned. They should be napalmed.
Kinsler told ESPN that he hopes his former team never wins again and didn’t hold back when talking about about Rangers general manager Jon Daniels:
“Daniels is a sleazeball. To be honest with you, I hope they go 0-162. I got friends, and I love my friends, but I hope they lose their ass.”
Kinsler was traded to the Tigers for Prince Fielder during the offseason.
“There was no remorse from the Rangers. They did not care. The team had changed. It was not the same personalities, not the same players, not the same chemistry. To be traded, it was refreshing to start new.”
