Scotch of the Month: Ron Burgundy Great Odin’s Raven Special Reserve Scotch Whisky

AASCOTCH15

Ok, I’ve been waiting for this bottle to arrive for awhile and now that it’s finally here the best I can say is that 60% of the time it’ll get you drunk every time.

Ron Burgundy Great Odin’s Raven Special Reserve Scotch Whisky is a blend of 60% malt whisky and 40% grain whisky sourced from the Speyside, Highlands and Islay regions of Scotland. It has a formidable scent of rich mahogany and old, leather-bound books. Overall it’s pretty darn good for what it is – sweet, fruity, mildly spicy and cheap, about $25 a bottle. So pour yourself a few fingers and break out the jazz flute for one fine evening.

We give it 3 out of 5 Dirty Turbans.
